Did 105 or 110 total, 25 with 5 kg, 25 with 10 kg, plus 210 push ups, 315 squats. 4.51km run in 28.36, then another 5.01 km run after the gym in 33.42.Cloudflare goes poof! Coldest beginning of October in a very long time!Workouts in! 3.51 km run in 28.09 (while on the phone!), then off to do 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats + rows, back, deadlifts, and shoulders. End of the week, and the middle of the break!Back to Chinese classes, they’re much easier this time round!Re-recorded SLV Episode 59, this one was far better.Workouts in! 7.51km in 46.17 in the morning, weights in the afternoon - 105 pull ups, 210 push ups, 315 squats. Used 5 kg for the middle portion, 10 kg for a couple rounds (10 or 20 pull ups total?), then rows, shoulders and back. Then… out for another 4.5km run in 30.31. Why? Met this 60-yr old Chinese guy running this morning. Runs 20km 3-5

Workouts in! 3.52km in 24.27, then hit the gym for my pull up rounds, took 39 min 49 sec to get 105 weighted pull ups in, push ups, squats, then did some rows and shoulder work. Then back out for another 4.51km run in 30.38. Get it done while I can. And yes, I did a work out on Wednesday as well. End of the week and a busy day!SLV Episode 57 is up and out!Workouts in! Run from the uni to hotel: 3.51km in 24.43 (a bit slow), 105 pull ups, 210 push ups, 315 squats using body weight, 5 kg and 10 kg weights. Changed them up throughout cause I wasn’t sure if I could only do 10kg. The burger is gone… because I had another pilates class or whatever it is! Went to PanemorFit. Smaller classes, a touch more difficult, but mainly because of holding the poses for so long.Run in! 7.02km in 43.36. Went fast today. Hot and humid but getting things done! Early morning Chinese character review.Workouts in, the gym was no cooler! Up early for a run (5.82km in 46.41), midday gym visit for 55 pull ups, push ups and squats + Turkish get ups, farmers carries, dips. Then out for another run (it was cooler outside) to finish up the pull ups by the tree and to run another 1.33 km.Stuff gone! Weights are moved and it gives me a bit more room to maneuver BUT! These stands I got? Add to the clutter. Time to start shooting
