After coming up with my brilliant idea I thought I would run it by a couple of my friends. I went in thinking they would be behind it 100 percent. Well, not exactly the case, but what do they know.

Do you think someone who had a late start learning golf and shoots in the hundreds can become a scratch golfer in a year? This is a question I am trying to answer. Follow my attempt to become a scratch golfer in a single calendar year. My coach throughout the process is Ben Burns, the head PGA Professional at Crown Colony Country Club in Texas.
