In order to be a good leader, you must first be a good student and a good follower. It takes humility to learn. It takes work ethic to implement what you've learned. Work ethic will get you results, and the results will start to scratch the surface of earning the respect of the peole you lead.

The pain of regret far outweighs the pain of putting in relentless effort. Everything has a price and typically the price is cheaper now than it will ever be in the future.
