Hughes Norton, a Harvard Business School graduate, was a superagent in golf from the 1970s-'90s who took IMG to the next level, helped in part by signing and representing six former world No.1 men and women golfers. Among those were Greg Norman and Tiger Woods, the latter of whom he arranged all the deals that Tiger would take up when turning pro in 1996. Two years later, Tiger and IMG let him go.
