This week we are sharing one from the archives for Halloween!We unpack the gothic folktale The Witch (2015) directed by Robert Eggers in a delicious and bewitching episode joined by ever so talented Sophia Somerville of Southern Spells. Sophia is a Sydney-based writer and creator of ‘Southern Spells’ (southernspells.com). In this episode, we touch on the cynicism of newageism, 90s witch flicks and coming out as a witch.
