The Illegal Gathering was a rock and roll band that existed for six weeks over four decades ago. The members of the band were the legendary James Phillips, David Ledbetter - a jazz legend, Wayne Rath - a legendary escape artist and Carl Raubenheimer - a legend on his own tee shirt.
