Here at Fad Lads, Chris & Dok challenge themselves to commit to a fad, lifestyle, health regime or mental wellness activity EVERYDAY for a month. It could be a simple as running 3k a day, not eating carbs, meditating for 30min a day, perhaps it"s just reading a chapter a of a book or painting for 30 mins a day.. The point is... you have to do it EVERY day for a set period of time.How this show works is we set each other the monthly challenge and report halfway through as to how it’s going. At the
