So here it is, after many, many years of not having a copy of the first mixtape (yes, as in cassette tape!) I ever recorded, some friends came through for me. My Umoja Hi Fi compadre DJ Aaron Paar takes a trip to NYC this year and links with Tracy Levenstein who pulls out an O.G. copy and I was blessed enough for Tracy to lend it to me. So what'd I do?, I digitized it. This is a 100% vinyl mix recorded to 1/2 tape. The influence of this mix is ATCQ, Black Moon, and Dr. Dre respectively
