Ep. 78: Blursed in the Lifestyle

Evan Swings ·

2026/10/03

After 5 years in the lifestyle, Eva and I know exactly what we want and we know exactly what we like when it comes to finding new spicy friends. That is a very good thing...but also, not a very good thing. In this episode I'll talk about why we consider ourselves "blursed."

Ep. 77: Benefits with Friendliness

Evan Swings ·

2026/09/19

Eva and I usually say we prefer to find FWB's (friends with benefits) in the lifestyle. But is that accurate? Perhaps a better name for what we are looking for is appropriate. I'll discuss that and more (including what I think is a FANTASTIC, simple, respectful way to turn down couples in whom you have no interest). I'll also talk about two interesting messages I recently received from listeners.

Ep. 76: Birthday, Booty, Boobs, & BDSM

Evan Swings ·

2026/09/05

It was Eva's big birthday and we headed to the club to celebrate. A LOT of fun with some interesting circumstances. The highlight was Eva squirting in a BDSM room due to the actions of a woman (a first for her). Hear all about that and more in this episode!

Evan Swings ·

2026/08/22

An unintended longer-than-usual episode. Summer started off slow for Eva and me...but then things picked up for the second half of it. Had some fun times...but also dodged a few bullets which I will talk about today. Eva heard me recording this episode and decided she wanted to pop on and give her thoughts. So she joins me as an unexpected guest later on in the episode. We'll talk about our recent first date with another couple that did not pan out as we had hoped.

Evan Swings ·

2026/08/08

Eva is back with me to discuss our recent trip to Club Eros in northeast Ohio where we met up with our friends Jack and Kate. We have not visited many clubs in our 5 years in the lifestyle, so it was interesting to try out a new one and see how it compares to others. We'll also discuss a new term we learned: "parking lot pizza."

Shallow Evan and the Flakes

Evan Swings ·

2026/07/25

No, it's not the name of a music band! But it could be someday! In this episode, I'll talk about two topics:1. Flakes. One of the things that frustrates me most about the lifestyle. And for some reason, it seems like Eva and I run into more than our fair share.2. I'll discuss a recent vanilla meet-and-greet with a single woman that unfortunately didn't pan out the way I hoped. A spicy second date was not in the cards. Eva advised me not to talk about this experience on the show

Ep. 72: Just the Two of Us (with co-host Eva)

Evan Swings ·

2026/07/11

AUDIO APOLOGIES! Recording in a different location and with only one mic, this episode's audio did not come out well. We are learning and plan to upgrade to a better system. Very sorry that my volume is low. Eva joins me for today's episode and we talk about a recent trip to the club, just the two of us, where some noteworthy things occurred. We discuss:1. Etiquette when approached by someone we turned down2. Getting kinda sorta rejected by a couple3. The difficulties of finding a couple

Ep. 71: Two Rounds at the Club

Evan Swings ·

2026/06/27

I was thinking the other day about what my biggest lifestyle pet peeve is. It is bad communication. I'll talk about that in this episode as well as share a sexy experience we had recently at a club.

Ep. 70: Evan Chokes 2: The Chokening

Evan Swings ·

2026/06/13

Recognize the obscure Schitt's Creek reference? In this episode, I discuss:1. What I would love our (Eva and myself) condom rule to be.2. Sperm competition3. A play date that reminds me there are still things to experience for the first time in the lifestyle, even after 5 years.

Ep. 69: Will Power

Evan Swings ·

2026/05/23

What happens when you have a strict condom rule but find yourself in a hot tub with a woman begging you to break that rule? This is the second time in the last year that I have found myself in this sort of situation. In this episode I'll talk about having will power and staying honest to the rules established by you and your partner. *I also briefly defend my podcast from a negative review. If you aren't interested in hearing that, skip to 12:34.

Ep. 68: Winding Down?

Evan Swings ·

2026/04/25

After I recorded this episode, I listened to it and realized my allergies affected my voice more than I thought! Apologies for my grogginess! In this episode, I respond to a listener question about breaking the ice. Then, I talk about how several factors are making it seem like our time in the lifestyle is winding down.

Ep. 67: St. Patty's Day O'rgy

Evan Swings ·

2026/04/11

What happens when there are two couples you want to play with at the club? How do you choose? Instead, how about you just play with both? That's exactly what happened when Eva and I attended a St. Patrick's Day event at a club. We had a great time and I'll tell you all about it in this episode!

Ep. 66: Happy Valen-times

Evan Swings ·

2026/03/28

I have learned that going into an event with no expectations is often the best way to ensure I'll have fun. It was no exception on Valentines Day when Eva and I attended a club event, knowing full well ahead of time that we would not be playing with anyone that evening.

Ep. 65: Reclaim Sex

Evan Swings ·

2026/03/14

Something that continues to be an absolute favorite of both Eva and myself: reclaim sex. In this episode, I'll discuss why it has become such an enjoyable and dare I say necessary part of our lifestyle adventures.

Ep. 64: An Enjoyable but Unusual Solo Adventure

Evan Swings ·

2026/02/28

In this episode you'll hear about a solo adventure that was not only enjoyable, but unusual...at least for me. I'll tell you all about it and reinforce how respecting the dynamics of other couples is important in the lifestyle.

Ep. 63: Baffled by a Back Out

Evan Swings ·

2026/02/14

There are plenty of pet peeves I have but one related to the lifestyle is flaky couples. In this episode, I answer a few listener questions and then discuss a baffling situation involving a couple that suddenly changed their minds about meeting Eva and me for a play date.

Ep. 62: Power Through it?

Evan Swings ·

2026/01/31

I often do this podcast with the hope that my stories, rantings, ramblings, and ravings are relatable to others and help them navigate the lifestyle. But the two topics I discuss today left me with more questions than answers. - Are Eva and I at fault for a miscommunication involving a couple we hoped to see again?- What should a guy do if he's playing with a woman and he is suddenly met with an uncomfortable surprise?

Ep. 61: Neutral New Years

Evan Swings ·

2026/01/17

Our New Years celebration was "neutral." A very enjoyable evening with plenty of disappointment. Also: how something as simple as wearing a fedora could be a catalyst for fun with another couple. Plus: Evan Swings gets a not-so-great review!

Ep. 60: What Money Can't Buy

Evan Swings ·

Ep. 59: Interesting & Infuriating Interactions Pt. 4

Evan Swings ·

2025/12/20

My fourth episode in a seemingly endless series! Eva and I are kind of shy when it comes to in-person meetings. While some prefer going to clubs and events to meet new couples, we prefer to stick to lifestyle sites and apps to initiate conversations with potential matches. That unfortunately leads to a great deal of unexpected (or maybe I should say expected) interesting and infuriating interactions!
