Ouray County Veterans Service Office, Mikael Madsen The Ouray County Veterans Service Office assists Ouray County residents who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, as well as their family members and survivors in securing benefits they may be entitled to. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and discharge from active military service under other than dishonorable conditions. Eligibility for some benefits depends on residency, military component, type of discharge and Veteran disability
