Rest, Reset & Restore

The Human Autonomic Nervous system has two branches: one designed to help you manage stress, and one designed to help you recover from and restore. It is very common to get stuck in the stress branch which is called autonomic nervos system dysegulation and is associated with chronic disease as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression and insomnia. The GOOD NEWS is there are many effective strategies to help you turn down the stress branch and turn on the restore branch.
