在某种程度上，适当的吵架也不一定是坏事，如果我们把它称之为在“特殊状态下的有效沟通”，也是成立的，毕竟，在吵架的时候知道了对方不可突破的底线；在吵架和好后也有机会重新体谅到彼此的不易。

在病毒和疫情面前每一个人都是受害者，没有人可以逃脱病毒带来的影响；每一个人又都是生活中的拯救者，用微弱的光，照亮自己、帮助别人。

有时候我们看不上伴侣的做法，是因为觉得对方没有按照我们期待的方式去照顾孩子，我们觉得自己的方式才是对的，才是对孩子好的，其实，孩子需要和不同的人之间发展出不同的相处方式。如果真的觉得对方的方式不恰当，不要在孩子面前说，可以找一个单独的时间，两个人对这件事的教育理念进行统一。都说互相不拆台，是当今父母的必备素质，这样才不会把对方越推越远。

要帮助孩子建立一个规律的学习和生活习惯，我自己总结的经验就是：首先需要制定一个指导计划，因为有了计划才有了方向感；其次，父母要以身作则，做好榜样的示范作用。

而我们想要改变自己的状态，有两种方式：一种是先调整心情，再来调整自己身边的物品和人际关系：另一种是先调整自己的物品和生活，再来调整自己的心情。如果你不知道如何调整自己的心情，不妨从打扫房间、整理物品开始吧！

越是这种时候，越要尝试让自己冷静下来，只有保持内心的平静，才能正确客观的看待事物本身。
