Send us Fan Mail Why can you know exactly what you want, feel deeply called toward it, and still struggle to move in that direction? Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of desire, clarity, or connection to what matters. The challenge is whether your internal system has the capacity to live what your heart already knows. This bonus episode of Walk With Me comes from an earlier conversation that became one of the foundational pieces of what would eventually develop into the Walk With Me Method. ...

“The job of a drummer is to be the heartbeat. You can't fake that.” Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson’s quote sounds like it’s about music, but it quickly becomes a question about character. Most people notice the singer or the lead guitarist, yet the whole song depends on the person keeping time in the background. So what happens when the people everything depends on are the ones nobody sees? And if rhythm eventually reveals the truth, what does our consistency say about who we really are?In this episode

Clinical supervision is a formal, hierarchical relationship where the supervisor acts as a gatekeeper and retains ultimate legal, clinical, and ethical responsibility for patient welfare. Under this framework, supervisors are subject to direct liability for inadequate oversight and vicarious liability for the negligent actions of their trainees. In contrast, professional consultation operates as a non-hierarchical, collaborative, and time-limited interaction where the consultant does not assume

We have many mechanisms in place to protect our privacy. Some people care less about this and some people have taken this to tremendous extremes. Of course, many want unambiguous rules about privacy, but there is a lot of room for nuance. So, we ask the question about whether or not we need privacy and share some of the reasons people have given. The short answer is: until we can trust each other, we need privacy. Click here to join our Patreon crew of cool peopleLinks and
