Love Story continued. Our first year or so together and time in our first home (apartment).

Importance of feet. Shoes & socks that have worked for me. Items to ponder through life on how we treat our cloths from what is better for us vs what other people think is either good looking for "fit in" for the environment.

Understanding the opposites can help us through contrast. Evil is evil and good is good as an eternal principle, regardless of how we "feel" about something. A few scripture references for seeing elements of evil thoughts or actions.

From a Buddhist perspective, embracing impermanence is a tool for navigating the changing elements and treacherous shoals of old age, sickness and death. Lately I have been thinking about impermanence in relation to other aspects of being beyond my declining body and diminishing abilities.

Hoe geef jij vorm aan jouw behoeften, zoals respect? Heb je het daarover met je collega's? Is het iets dat er vanzelfsprekend zou moeten zijn onderling of iets dat je moet verdienen?

A truth or thoughts about insurance. Possibly a necessary evil, but something often worth having but also worth investigating and researching before investing in.

Advent I

Potatoes are great. They are the best. Potatoes any way you have them are better than almost any other food. You can have them with almost anything on them and they are great. Mashed potatoes are one of the best ways to have them and this episode I share some of those thoughts. Plus Bacon makes everything (even cooking Turkeys) better.

The evils of HOA. They are evil. You can't convince me otherwise. HOW = EVIL.

Talk about Superman. The latest movie as well as some of the older TV shows & movies

Discussion about medical procedures. Surgery's. What to expect. How to be prepared.

Altijd de eerste zijn die sorry zegt kan een patroon zijn. Welke momenten herken jij hierin bij jezelf?

Inspired to read a bit from the Book Of Mormon, the book of 2 Nephi, Chapter 5 (my second favorite of all chapters in the Book of Mormon)

Continuation of the love story. A continuation of the wedding day and events that followed. A high recommendation for taking the time & money to have a honeymoon.

Ben Franklin famously remarked, "Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today," counseling against the pitfalls of procrastination, and meant to encourage immediate action. My philosophy of late seems more aligned with, “Why put off today what you can put off until tomorrow?”

In deze aflevering heb ik het over hoe vaak keuzes voortkomen uit moeten in plaats van echt willen, en de vraag of je eigenlijk wel écht kiest.

Pondering miracles, pondering health and the word of wisdom. Asking about miracles and why some blessings happen while others don't seem to.

Love story continued. The continuation of the wedding day.

Christ the King!

Off topic, Christmas movies & Winter movies. Some fun, some serious, some maybe for everybody while others are most definitely not.
