Why is it so easy to tell everyone else they deserve good things, but so hard to believe it about ourselves? This week, we’re talking about worthiness, belonging and that little voice that tells you, “You don’t belong here.” From feeling awkward in business class to walking into expensive stores, buying nice things and worrying about what other people think, we unpack the stories we tell ourselves about what we’re allowed to have and enjoy. The backpack opens, you see what needs to get done, and your whole body tenses up. Sound familiar?
