今天聊梳头。老话说"头梳千遍，Bing少一半"，头上全是经络——前额胃经、头顶肝经、两侧胆经、后脑膀胱经，梳头就是在刺激这些经络。梳子选木质或骨质的，像桃木、牛角、羊角梳都行，齿距宽点，梳齿顶端要圆润。没有梳子？十指指腹也能代替。怎么梳？啥时候梳？听好：先从鼻尖上方的神庭穴往后梳到头顶正中的百会穴（两耳尖连线中点），这条线连着四神聪，养脑宁心补阳气；接着从百会往后梳到后脑凹陷的哑门穴；最后从耳尖上的角孙穴梳向百会，能清利头目。空闲时都能梳，别太使劲伤头皮。早中晚各梳十几下，通经脉、养心肾。发质不同重点不同：中性发质轻梳到微热；干性发质轻些，头皮微微热麻就行；油性发质更轻，别过度刺激皮脂腺。这样梳头，养发又养身。另外提醒：头皮吸收化学物质是普通皮肤的20倍，洗发水选天然成分干净的很重要。我常用生幼堂小麦蛋白洗发水，尤其适合孕期哺乳期，推荐给大家。
