In this episode, we explore Wise Intention and what it means to gently point our lives in the direction of greater peace, compassion, and wellbeing. We look at the intentions underneath our everyday choices—especially the ways we respond when life is difficult—and how we can learn to meet those moments without creating more suffering for ourselves or others. Through some personal reflection and practical questions, we explore renunciation, goodwill, and non-harming not as rules to follow, but as

What becomes possible when we learn to imagine from presence rather than fear? In Part 1 of this series, Tara explores spiritual imagination as a powerful capacity for healing, transformation and awakening.
