#XREX優惠碼在下方 台灣「虛擬通貨公會」在 6 月 13 日正式成立！《Web3 大西進》製作「虛擬公會特別企劃」，由公會籌備會主任委員、首屆副理事長蕭滙宗，以及 XREX 共同創辦人暨集團執行長黃耀文，深入分享公會成立對產業與監管意義，以及一路走來的心得與感觸。 相較於其他國家，台灣在虛擬通貨監管的路上，選擇了非常獨特的「業者自律先行」，制定出《自律規範》也是公會成立後的首要任務，但這並不代表業者可以想幹嘛就幹嘛。 一路擔任公會籌備小組召集人、公會籌備會主任委員，一直到現在獲選為公會第一屆副理事長，蕭滙宗分享，新興產業失敗的機率很高，且每個國家的國情都不相同，如果政府一開始就投入大把資源，最後產業的發展規模沒有如預期，就會非常浪費資源，還不如先讓產業自己發展，等到有一定的基礎跟規模後，再逐漸透過「他律」把監管做起來。 在公會籌備的過程中，也曾遭遇過不少逆風與挑戰。蕭滙宗回憶，一開始業者之間互不熟悉，在第一版章程討論的過程中意見分歧，雖然都是為了公共利益與立意良善，但一些初始的分類想法和條件設定，讓業者之間一度相互對抗，甚至還找不到合適的法源依據。
